Hi. I’m Oakley. Scout’s little sister. You probably didn’t even know he HAD a little sister, because he never talks about me on this blog. Which is fine. I’m not upset about it. I’m just saying.
Anyway. Our humans finally let me write a review, and I’m going to make the most of it. Because while Scout is out there reviewing balls and frisbees like some kind of golden retriever, I have found something truly spectacular that he hasn’t even told you about yet.

First Impressions 👃
The second this came out of the bag, I was there. Like, immediately there. Zero hesitation. My nose knew before the bag was even fully open. It smells earthy, dense, and a little smoky, and I was absolutely not going to share it.
Scout wandered over to see what was going on. I gave him a look. He left. That’s called seniority, Scout. Wait — actually I’m the younger one. That’s called being right. Same thing.
The Chew Test 🦷
Okay so Scout is always going on about durability and how long things last and whatever. I get it. But let me tell you, this chew lasted SO long that even I was impressed, and I have very high standards.
It starts out rock hard, which honestly I respect. It’s not trying to be easy. It softens as you work on it and the flavor just builds the whole time. I chewed on this for nearly an hour. An hour! I don’t sit still for anything for an hour. Our humans were shocked. I heard one of them say “is she okay?” Yes. I was more than okay. I was thriving.
Scout tried to come back over halfway through. I moved to a different room. Some things are not for sharing.
What’s Actually In It? 🐕
Yak milk, cow milk, lime juice, and salt. That’s the whole ingredient list. I know. I was surprised too. No weird stuff, no long words I can’t pronounce. 100% natural, lactose-free, grain-free. Our humans got really excited about this. They kept reading the label out loud like that was interesting to me. It’s fine. They were right to be excited.

The Bonus Round 🌟
When you get down to a little nub at the end — too small to keep chewing safely — your human can pop it in the microwave for about 45 seconds and it puffs up into this amazing crunchy little snack. I did not know this was going to happen and I fully lost my composure when it did. It was a great moment. I have recovered.
